Any Graduate in Marketing/Digital Marketing having 3+ years exeperience in UI/UX Designing profile may apply

Job Description

  • Conduct user research & analysis to understand user needs and behaviours
  • Create user persons, user flows, & journey maps
  • Develop wireframes & prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Design graphical user interfaces (GUIS), including layout, elements and visual hierarchy
  • Develop style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs and iterate based on feedback
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
  • Iterate designs based on user testing results and data analysis
  • Work closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to cross – functional teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices in UX/UI Design
  • Advocate for UX/UI design principles and user-centric approaches within the organization
